Who we are

KC POV is a product of KC Consulting, a marketing consultancy in Texas. When this page says "we", it means KC Consulting. You can reach us at kevin@kcconsulting.co.

The short version

• You own what you give us and what we produce for you.
• We use your material only to deliver the service to you.
• Nothing is published for you. You approve every item and you post it yourself.
• We do not build a voice model, and we do not use your face or voice to make synthetic media.
• We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it between customers.
• You can ask us to delete your material at any time.

What we collect

• Account details. Your name and email address, so you can sign in.
• Your interview. The recording and the transcript of the interview we do with you.
• What you upload or send us. Past posts, talks, transcripts, and screenshots or pasted text of posts you want help replying to.
• What we produce for you. Your point-of-view profile, drafts, and a record of which items you approved, edited or rejected.
• Basic technical records. Sign-in sessions, error reports, and a log of how much AI processing your account used. Error reports are set up not to include your content.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

What we use it for

To deliver the service: to write your profile, your content and your speaker kit in your voice, and to show them to you for approval. We also keep records of approvals and of AI usage so we can run the service responsibly and know what it costs. We do not use your material for anything else.

How the drafting works

Drafts are produced with an AI model from Anthropic, using your own interview and uploads as the source. To do that, the relevant parts of your material are sent to Anthropic for processing. We will not put a credential, result, number or experience in a draft unless it traces to something you told us. You decide what is used.

Who helps us run the service

We use a small number of companies to run KC POV. Each one handles only what it needs to do its job:

• Clerk, for signing in.
• Supabase, for the database where your workspace is stored.
• Vercel, for hosting the website and the application.
• Anthropic, for AI drafting.
• Inngest, for running background jobs.
• Sentry, for error reports.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Who inside KC can see your workspace

The people at KC Consulting who are working with you. Customers cannot see each other's workspaces. That separation is enforced in the database itself, not only in the application.

How long we keep it

For the founding pilot: we keep your interview recording, your transcript and your uploads in your workspace for the length of the pilot and up to 30 days after it ends, and then we delete them. If you ask us in writing to delete them sooner, we do. If you continue as a customer, we keep your workspace for as long as you are one, under the agreement that applies then.

Your voice and your face

We record your interview so we can transcribe it and write from it. We do not build a voice model from it. We do not create video or audio of you. Nothing in this service uses your face or voice to generate synthetic media.

LinkedIn

Today you post approved items to LinkedIn yourself, and KC POV has no access to your LinkedIn account. If you later choose to connect your LinkedIn account, KC POV will act only on your own profile and your own content: it will publish only items you have individually approved, and it will read statistics only for your own posts and profile. It will not read other members' content. You will be able to disconnect at any time, and we delete LinkedIn data on request or when you close your account.

Who the service is for

Adults, 18 or older. KC POV is not directed to children. During the founding pilot it is offered to residents of Texas.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it. We will confirm when it is done.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we will change this page first and update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell current customers directly.
