Terms of service

Last updated September 23, 2026. Draft pending review by counsel before the first paid self-serve customer. Written to be read.

1. What KC POV is

A software service from KC Consulting, Texas, that interviews you, writes a point-of-view profile from your own words, drafts content, comments, replies, a speaker kit and calls to action in your voice, keeps a list of stages and podcasts to pitch, and, when you connect your LinkedIn and approve a post, can post it for you. The drafting uses AI models. Every item is a draft until you approve it.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and sign up with an email you control. You are responsible for what happens under your login. One workspace per login. You confirm you are not acting as a licensed financial advisor, attorney or physician in the content produced; we decline those uses at intake.

3. Plans and payment

DIY and DIY Plus, at the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase, billed monthly in advance by Stripe until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Stripe receipt or by writing to kevin@kcconsulting.co; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and there is no refund for the remainder. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email; a change applies from your next renewal. Taxes are added where the law requires.

4. Approval, publishing and your responsibility

Nothing is published without your approval. Only your own login can approve a draft; the platform enforces this. After you approve, you may schedule or publish a post to LinkedIn from the product, or copy it and post it yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you approve and publish. We do not add a credential, result, number or client that you did not supply; if a draft contains one, reject it and tell us.

5. Your material and the outputs

You own what you give us and what the service produces for you. You give KC a licence to use your material only to deliver the service to you. We do not use your material to train AI models, and we require the same of the vendors that process it for us (see the privacy policy). We keep your material for as long as you have an account and delete it within 30 days of a request or of your account closing, except records we must keep by law and the transaction records Stripe holds.

6. Your voice and your face

Spoken answers are recorded in your browser, transcribed by a vendor with training opted out on every request, and the audio is deleted once the words are stored. We do not build a voice model and do not make synthetic media of your face or voice.

7. LinkedIn

Connecting LinkedIn is your click, on your account, under LinkedIn's terms. Your token is stored encrypted, is never shown to KC's operators, and can be disconnected by you at any time. LinkedIn's counts are best effort and are shown as such.

8. Acceptable use

No content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates another person; no attempt to reach another customer's workspace; no reselling of the service. We may suspend an account that breaks this section, with notice and a chance to respond.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features with notice on the product's pages; a change that removes something you pay for takes effect at your next renewal.

10. No guarantee

We do not promise speaking engagements, followers, leads, revenue or any specific outcome.

11. Limits

KC's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending

You may close your account at any time. We may end these terms for breach with notice. Sections 4, 5, 10, 11 and 13 survive.

13. Law

Texas law applies. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
